Unity Martial Arts have just opened in Sturminster Newton and Shaftesbury, Dorset.

We follow the current ITF Taekwon-Do grading syllabus, but add elements from older ITF syllabus and heritage.

We will soon open Iaido and Kenjutsu classes, along with our own super fun "Ryu Do" - combining elements of 10 Japanese Martial Arts into one engaging syllabus.
